“Many clients have been asking if prices are rising, and at what rate, as the press have reported recently that prices are heading in that direction. Although we are experiencing such good results, prices certainly do not show any significant change, however there does seem to be a shortage of properties coming to the market. In the Bridgnorth area properties under £250,000 have been our best sellers so there is currently a severe lack of properties at that level.”
