Are you enjoying the location Very much so – Danescourt Road has always been one of the best locations in Wolverhampton so I’m delighted to be able to live here. It’s such a quiet spot – next to the fabulous South Staffs golf course (I can walk to the first tee) and opposite the cricket and tennis clubs it really is a premiere address.
Were there advantages buying an apartment over a house Yes – lots – it suits my lifestyle as I love the fact that the Manor is surrounded by wonderful open spaces and walks – and yet I don’t have any gardening to worry about. The running costs are lower than all of the houses that I’ve owned and as the rooms are all on one level I seem to make more use of the space.
Do you like new properties This is the first new property I’ve ever owned and it’s a complete luxury to have everything brand new with nothing to worry about – no jobs to do (other than choosing furniture etc) and someone even cleans the windows!!
Would you recommend living here 100% – I’ve lived all over the world and can honestly say this has been the best move I’ve ever made. The apartments are finished so well and I think are an absolute bargain given the address, wonderful surroundings and the fact that they are so light and airy. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I should also add that the developer and the agents have been fantastic. The whole buying process was so simple and the apartment has exceeded my expectations. Dino’s team have looked after me brilliantly – every step of the way.
