Last month, Berriman Eaton staff completed a one day training course on e-mail etiquette.
The staff were presented with a certificate by London based training company, Hamilton Mercer. The course was aimed at improving written communication in all aspects of our business.
Hamilton Mercer designed the course twelve months ago to assist businesses into the modern technical age. Their other clients include Yamaha, HSBC and Panasonic.
