It’s a particularly interesting one to do – which EYE’s editor says with commendable lack of rancour, having come last in our own office battle.
I scored a regrettable 30%; Mr Eye, who cannot begin to match my obsession with property, did better with 50%; John Brassington (a chartered surveyor – ha!) also scored 50%; and Nick Salmon (ex-estate agent) managed an extremely creditable 70%.
It’s an awful lot trickier than it looks.
