Also what we find is that many people look at Zoopla and discover what it estimates their property to be worth, which quite often is very mis-leading and can either make you feel ecstatic or very concerned. Our advice is to take it with a pinch of salt as this latest example proves – I bet they thought they had won the lottery!!”
