The Wombourne office have enjoyed a bumper February 2015 to date. 50% of their new instructions from January have already been agreed showing that if pricing is realistic then there are plenty of buyers ready to purchase.
Of particular note is the sale of a detached house in the Lower Penn area marketed at £500,000. Within one week of marketing it had generated several offers in excess of the asking price leading to “best and final offers”.
With over two weeks still left of February Wombourne are looking to break their monthly sales record.
